Position Summary:
Providing service support to the service staff by setting up bussing stations prior to service and maintaining cleanliness and stock of service materials during the course of service.

Overview of Responsibilities:
• Tasks include, but are not limited to:
• Attend to dining space cleanliness and tidiness
• Help clean and clear tables, taking plates, utensils and drinkware to the kitchen to be washed
• Make sure diners' water glasses are full
• Reset tables for the next service.
• Restock utensils, napkins and other dining room needs.

Requirements include:
● Open availability
● Able to work weekends and holidays
● Ability to lift 35 pounds
