Description
Highly motivated marketing leader ready to spread City Winery’s brand across all music, culinary and cultural platforms and demographics. Dedicated to explore new avenues to capture customer data and grow our email database of fans. Manage the messaging in various communication outlets related to our customer and press relationships. Frequently examine customer retention and work across departments to formulate ways to enhance loyalty programs.

Day-to-day operations
- Develop, grow and administer our customer database including audience and prospect information, mailing list applications, etc.
- Manage relationships with media contacts in the music, wine and food industries
- Establish and maintain good standing with key reviewers, bloggers, writers and traditional media tastemakers.
- Facilitate a weekly press outreach with focus on all show listings in all publications
- Build a media databases with targeted outlet lists in music/food-wine/culture/wedding groups
- Manage all social media outlets including Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare, etc.
- Identify and exploit opportunities for strategic trade-in-kind
- Oversee the philanthropic outreach and gift giving
- Actively seek sponsorship opportunities and manage sponsor relationships
- Conceive, design and create effective and cost efficient marketing collateral across all departments in co-ordination with Graphic Designer
- Develop effective and creative print and online marketing campaigns.
