Food Runner


Description

The Runner is responsible for delivering all dishes from the kitchen to the appropriate guest in the dining room. They must know all dishes on the menu and be prepared to answer any questions from the guests.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of service experience, be able to handle a high volume/re-fined dining environment and should have a general food and service knowledge.

Work with the FOH and BOH to ensure smooth service delivery. 


Answers guest questions about food, beverages, and our facilities accurately and in a friendly manner.
Speaks to guests with enthusiasm at all times.
Attend to members and guests during their entire dining/drinking experience.
Provides the highest level of service by our standards.
Identifies food orders when ready and delivers items to tables promptly.
Maintains a professional appearance at all times.
Communicates with restaurant staff to ensure guest satisfaction.
Reports to work as scheduled, in uniform, well groomed, and ready to work.
Maintains professional relationships with all coworkers.
Ready and willing to assist fellow servers and cooks. 
Follows checklists and standard operating procedures.
Maintains a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area.
Provides table maintenance and bussing.
Ensures that guests have a positive and memorable experience at CCC.
Responsible for constant sanitation, organization, and proper food handling.
Prepares a work area for opening, mid-shift, or closing by company standards.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Completes side work.
