Description
Seeking customer service oriented high-volume and mixologist bartenders for historic venue downtown.

Key Skills:

-Multiple years experience in a high-volume hospitality venue REQUIRED; Calm under pressure

-Punctual, professional, positive attitude and well spoken; Outgoing and friendly personalities are best suited for this dynamic role

-Team player willing to work collaboratively with others

-Highly detail oriented

-Confident communicator, must have strong ability to empathize and manage guest expectations

-Guest services oriented, strong ability to engage and upsell customers

-Ability to consistently pour accurately when blind tested

-Ability to make and memorize recipes; Knowledge of general bar practices and all cocktails

-Diligent worker who will stock, prepare, clean and care for the bar before, during and after the service shift

-POS Experience Required; Ability to accurately count cash and give change

-Extensive beverage knowledge preferred - please specify if you are particularly well versed in any of the following: High-End & Specialty Liquor, Tiki Cocktails, Mixology, California Craft Beer, Wine

-STAR Trained a plus

-Candidates must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays

-Please note: A valid California Food Handler Card (or manager’s food safety certification) must be presented to the General Manager within 30 days from the date of hire.
