Care Assistant - Weekends only

Compassionate Care are currently looking for Community Care Assistants who can add value to our already fantastic team in Glossop. Flexible hours available - weekends only positions plus hours Monday to Friday.

What are we looking for?

A Care Assistant who will support the wider community within their own homes to maintain an independent way of living. You have must be self-motivated, ensuring the quality of care provided is consistent with current legislation. You will be working within a fast paced, rapidly growing company and we are looking for a Care Assistant who wants to continue their career and develop professionally with us.

What does the job look like?

• Assist with personal care, medication, shopping, socialising and outings
• Domestic duties and meal preparation
• Ensure clients can make as many of their own choices as possible

• Using care experience and existing transferrable skills to promote independent living for all our clients
• Care Certificate or equivalent experience within the care sector but not essential or willingness to study to achieve this
• Flexibility to work across morning, evening and weekend shift patterns
• Car driver with access to your own vehicle

• Hourly rate starting from £10
  
• Permanent contracted hours ranging from 8 to 32 hours per week
