Care Assistant - Trainee or Experienced

You will either be an experienced Care Assistant looking for a new challenging or a trainee looking for an opportunity to start your career as a Care Assistant. Either way you will have a genuine passion for caring at a standard you would expect for your own family.

As a Care Assistant you will be:

• Developing client’s life skills and personal interest
• Providing personal care duties
• Supporting / administering medication
• Moving, handling and positioning – using equipment where required
• Devising and updating care plans and undertaking risk assessments
• Arranging activities in the home and in the local community
• Promoting the independence of every client we support
• A valid driving license and access to own car is essential for this role, as you will be providing care in our clients homes in Trafford borough covering Altrincham, Sale, Timperley, Urmston and Daveyhulme areas.
• All Care Assistants that join our team will attend our in-house training programme to ensure they are safe, educated and confident to provide outstanding care, which means you don't need previous care experience.
