Description
In 2014 we noticed a huge Coppa Club shaped gap in the market for a laid back place for people to eat, drink & hang out. A place that can be used for whatever you need, whenever you need.
We aimed for a private members club kind of vibe – minus the snobbery, chucked in some outrageously good coffee and cocktails, a Mediterranean inspired all day menu and some fantastically talented people and Coppa Club was born.
We are proud to say we now have 5 sites open and thriving in and around London, now we're looking for Assistant Manager for Maidenhead site.
This will be a local's site, doing great numbers, we are in need of someone with a great personality to lead and inspire the team…
YOU
Will have bags of experience in high volume restaurants, or bars with full service – whether branded or independent
Have an obsession with perfection and strive to be the best at everything you do
Are a hands on, sleeves up kind of person, who can lead and inspire a large team with integrity and passion
Love an early morning sunrise as much as a beautiful sunset – we are open from early until late every day
Know everything on the financial side there is to know to run a world class restaurant and hit your targets
