Description
We are looking for a strong and experienced, vibrant sociable individual with bags of enthusiasm and fabulous high street brand experience, an outgoing personality and a real passion for hospitality.

We believe that the way people want to use the high street has changed and that high-street restaurants should be responding. We have recognised that people want a base from which to conduct their busy lives. It’s our aim to create somewhere that our customers can feel like members, make themselves at home and use us as their base.

Your task at Coppa Club will be to orchestrate every aspect of the business to ensure that every guest is welcomed even if they just need a glass of water.

Additionally you will find joy in developing your team to ensure they are engaged, stretched to be the best and happy in their work. We are sure that if you are able to achieve these goals with energy and drive you will be the ‘proud owner’ of an exciting Coppa Club restaurant where innovation, loyalty and ownership are the norm.

Your main responsibilities will be:
• Manpower
• Planning
• Budgeting
• Working with the People Department on all matters
• HR
• Recruitment
• Training
• Succession planning and career development must be important to you.
