• You’re a hands-on, sleeves up kind of person with a passion for preparing and serving outstanding fresh food within a busy, high volume environment.
Club Membership Requirements
• Proven experience working as a Sous Chef/Head Chef within a fast-paced branded kitchen
• Extensive previous experience with fresh food from a great high street brand is required.
• Experience covering Head Chef duties in their absence
• Passion for service and presentation in everything you do
• Advance food knowledge, especially European food from small places and snacks, to grilled mains, sourdough pizza and healthy salads
• Support in coaching and developing your team
• Recruitment of BOH team members
• Available full time (45 hours per week)
