Restaurant Bar Manager - New Opening - Coppa Club
Coppa Club are coming to Maidenhead and are on the search for an experience Bar Manager to join our management team.

Open from breakfast to late evening, serving anything from your morning coffee to your after work classic cocktails, there is never a dull moment at Coppa Club.
You’re passionate about building a rapport with new people, remembering your regulars and what they like, anticipating needs, and ALWAYS finding ways to make sure your guests feel special.
You always contribute in creating a fantastic experience for our guest.
Bar Manager Club Membership Requirements
• Previous experience in a Bar Manager in a busy, fast-paced restaurant environment
• Solid knowledge of coffees, cocktails, wines, liquor and champagnes
• Experienced Managing P&L
• Hiring, train and develop staff to maximise performance and reduce turnover
• Performance Management, including recruitment, training, disciplinary procedures, payroll.
• Manage the business aspects of the bar, such as taking inventory and reordering supplies, managing budgets, and setting goals
• Hold staff and management meetings on a regular basis to review & improve performance; communicate minutes & actions to General Manager.
Bar Manager Club Membership Packages:
We believe in paying our Bar Managers fairly. Our pay is accumulated hourly, so you get paid for every moment you work.
• Generous hourly pay up to £12.83 (average earnings up to £30,000 per annum)

We aimed for a private members club kind of vibe– minus the snobbery, chucked in some outrageously good coffee and cocktails, a Mediterranean inspired all day menu and some fantastically talented people and Coppa Club was born.
