Chef de Tournant - New Opening
We have an exciting new opening for an experienced Chef de Tournant to join our Club.
• Like Coppa Club, you love an early morning sunrise as much as a beautiful sunset.
• You’re a hands-on, sleeves up kind of person with a passion for preparing and serving outstanding fresh food within a busy, high volume environment.
Tournant Chef Club Membership Requirements
• Proven experience working as a Tournant Chef / Relief Chef within a fast-paced branded kitchen
• Passion for service and presentation in everything you do
• Good food knowledge, especially European food from small places and snacks, to grilled mains, sourdough pizza and healthy salads
• Drive to expand your knowledge and grow within the business
• A dab hander in the kitchen and can jump on to a section with no worries at all
• Available full time (45 hours per week)
