Full Time: Restaurant Bar Manager
Paid for every hour you work and receive it every 2 weeks

We have an exciting new opening for an experienced Restaurant Bar Manager to join our Club. Open from breakfast to late evening, serving anything from your morning coffee to your after work classic cocktails, there is never a dull moment at Coppa Club.

Bar Manager Club Membership Requirements

• Previous experience in a Bar Manager in a busy, fast-paced restaurant environment
• Solid knowledge of coffees, cocktails, wines, liquor and champagnes
• Experienced Managing P&L
• Hiring, train and develop staff to maximise performance and reduce turnover
• Performance Management, including recruitment, training, disciplinary procedures, payroll.
• Manage the business aspects of the bar, such as taking inventory and reordering supplies, managing budgets, and setting goals
• Hold staff and management meetings on a regular basis to review & improve performance; communicate minutes & actions to General Manager.

In 2014 we noticed a huge Coppa Club shaped gap in the market for a laid back place for people to eat, drink & hang out. A place that can be used for whatever you need, whenever you need.

We aimed for a private members club kind of vibe– minus the snobbery, chucked in some outrageously good coffee and cocktails, a Mediterranean inspired all day menu and some fantastically talented people and Coppa Club was born.
