Sommelier Floor Manager Requirements:
Must have 3 to 5-years management experience
At least 2-years of recent Sommelier experience
Sommelier Certification, Level 1 (Required) or Level 2 (Prefered)
Must be operations-driven, passionate food and wine, hands-on, and guest focused
