• Greet and interact with guests, taking orders, making menu recommendations, and ensuring their needs are met.
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Anticipate and address guest needs promptly, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

• Ability to maintain composure and efficiency in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Enthusiastic and knowledgeable about food and beverages, with a keen interest in menu offerings.
• Previous experience in a busy restaurant setting is essential.
• Meticulous and precise in service delivery.
• Dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.
• Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team to ensure smooth operations
