Hourly Rate: £12.40 plus Tronc (Approx 40 hours per week)

DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Be
a role model for all F&B Assistants and peers.
- Ensure
that restaurant is set-up correctly before, during and after each service,
guiding F&B Assistants where needed.
- Know
the food menu inside and out, including allergens and be able to confidently
give recommendations.
- Know
the drinks menu inside and out and be able to confidently give recommendations.
- Know
the wine list to a point of being able to recommend and pair with the food.
- Take
an active leadership role in the training of all F&B assistants in all
aspects of their role. With guidance from the restaurant managers.
- Ensure
that all equipment within the restaurant is clean and presented in a tidy
manner.
- Be
ready to assist any team member who should need help or guidance.
- Help
create and maintain a positive work environment.
- Train
and maintain the company standards for the restaurant service and food quality.
All while adhering to our principle of aiming to
provide the best experience without a hint of pretension.
- Run
shifts including cashing up and delegating workload
- Supervise
staff on shift to ensure standards are upheld
- Supervise
and train F&B Assistant Level 2 members to give them the tools they need to
strive and grow
- Understanding
and training tactful upselling
- Ensure
consistent, high-quality food and beverages are served to customers.
- Ensure
the good overall presentation of the restaurant.
- Apply
all food and beverage safety and quality regulations.
- Communicate
the client comments to the Restaurant Manager.

- Experience
in a similar role.
- Have
a passion for Food & Beverage industry.
- Attention
to details and customer needs.
- Social,
engaging and motivated.
- Flexibility
to respond quickly and positively to a range of work situations.
- Be
well spoken with excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge
as well as abilities in other languages would be beneficial.
- Proof
of eligibility to work in the UK.
