Description
“A gourmet café and Mediterranean marketplace," Cucina & Co. in Rockefeller Center offers take-out and eat-in lunch and dinner from a diverse market selection of freshly prepared, home-style Mediterranean culinary classics. Specialty sandwiches and pastas, alluring pastries, and fresh salads offer a bounty of selections for the taking.”

Responsibilities include:
- Serving Hot food on the line to guests
- Restocking retail items and salad bar items
- Assisting in cooking rotisserie chicken on the spit
- Assemble food items for preparation to be served to guests (mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, etc)
-Baking various baked food items for consumption (chicken parm and Mac and cheese)
-Attend to needs of Coffee Station, Panini and Soup Station and Hot Cereal Station as needed
-Prepping, plating then serving food
-Set up and breakdown of assigned station at beginning and end of shift
-Cleaning their stations keeping stations well maintained and clean

Requirements and Abilities needed
-Being able to work in a neat and organized fashion
- Excellent Communication Skills, ability to speak clearly and effectively
- Hospitality forward mind
- Ability to prioritize tasks when busy
- Willing and able to learn
- Open availability (work weekends and mornings/afternoons and holidays a must)
