Introducing Côte at Home! Delivering a range of Côte produce from our kitchen, cellar and butchery for guests to cook and enjoy in the comfort of their own home. From our kitchen, guests can stock up with chilled bistro meals created by our chefs which are ready for the oven or freezer. From our butchery we have a range of premium British steaks, pork, lamb and freshly cut chicken. For the full Côte experience, guests can enjoy a range of side dishes and desserts and French wines, Champagne, beers and soft drinks.

With our expansion plans, we have a fantastic job opportunity for a Technical Manager to help in our Development Kitchens based near Park Royal, West London and Colindale, North West London. This role would ideally suit someone with previous experience in a similar position. Due to the dual locations, you must have a full UK driving licence.

The Technical Manager will oversee the Health and Safety and Food Safety quality at Cote’s Development kitchens as well as ensuring that adequate training is provided and training records kept up to date. Due diligence records will need to be a kept to a very high standards as well as ensuring that all food dispatched to the restaurant is safe and wholesome, it also includes the following responsibilities.
• To keep all supplier recipes, food & technical specifications, up to date and distribute as appropriate and agreed with the
Commercial Stock Manager
• To keep all supplier approval information up to date and logged on FACT
• To ensure that all daily/weekly due diligence checks are carried out to the required standard and all records kept on file for
Health & Safety, Food Safety and Quality Safety
• To monitor and report on the performance of Development Kitchen based on the provided KPIs
• To oversee all statutory training in Development Kitchen and keep training records up to date including for new starters
• To follow up on Environmental Health Officer’s visit and ensure any actions are implemented as far as reasonably practical
• To audit EC approval requirement on a monthly basis to ensure compliance
• To ensure that all fire checks are carried out as required and records kept
• To ensure that all products sent out of Development Kitchen are in date, safe and wholesome
• To develop, implement, manage, test and review on a quarterly basis the recall procedure for Development Kitchen
• To ensure that all maintenance is logged, carried out, job sheets kept on file and costs tracked to allow monthly
reconciliation
• To review existing risk assessments and carry out any new risk assessments and provide risk assessment training as and
when required
• To keep up to date with any changes to the legislation and implement any new procedures following approval from the
Directors
• To co-ordinate and collate reports for any laboratory testing as instructed by the Commercial Stock Manager

The development kitchen operates from 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the role of Technical Manager would require you to work five days per week between 9am and 5pm with a salary from £35,000 to £40,000 per annum.
