Restaurant Manager

We are a well established, fun, high volume restaurant, bar located in the heart of Washington, DC.   We are looking for an experienced high level restaurant Manager to help lead our amazing team and to help us grow our company.  This is a great opportunity for someone looking to all aspects of the restaurant business and be a part of a fast growing company. 

The Restaurant Manager will lead the operations of the restaurant with the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including food preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, hiring, termination and retention of team members, financial accountability, and ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer.
