Must Haves:
Humble, hungry and emotionally smart
Available to work late nights, weekends and holidays
2 or more years of restaurant management experience including P&L responsibility
A track record of providing exceptional customer service
Ability to manage multiple projects at once using time management and organizational skills
Ability to successfully train and coach a team being hands-on in operations
Good communication skills, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Experience building a team of employees with a people first culture
Strong analytical/decision-making skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Ability to develop and implement systems
Have FUN in a fast-paced food service environment!

Successfully train and coach a team through a people-focused mindset
Effectively manage with an ownership mentality within the policies and guidelines of the company, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction at all times.
Recruits, interviews, and hires team members, conducts performance appraisals
Develop a team with thorough training and provide a path for growth within the company
Uses coaching to improve employee performance. Has authority to fire when coaching is not successful.
Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
Controls day-to-day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team
Controls profit & loss, by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
Establish and build community relations
Ensures maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds using a preventative maintenance program
Ensures a safe working environment for customers and the team
