With a strong background in craft cocktails and mixology I have spent the last 20 years developing bar programs all over the Los Angeles area and have even extended my talents overseas in London. Signature artisnal cocktails are my specialty however I do have a vast knowledge of beer and am quite familiar with the local, costal and regional proprietors.
