Description
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- One year of New York Bartending experience in a casual dining environment.
- Knowledge of food, wine, and spirits, and the desire to learn more.
- MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY.
- Must be punctual.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to be organized in a changing environment.
- Ability to maintain a calm professional demeanor at all times.
- Ability to carry items weighing up to 50 pounds up to 20 times per shift.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
- Welcomes our guests and serves great food with great service and a great attitude.
- Provides service to the Servers by making drinks for the service bar.
- Conducts themselves (acts & dresses) professionally at all times while setting the standards for all Team Members.
