Requirements:
1. 2+ years in hospitality management
2. Fine dining experience
3. Food and beverage knowledge
4. Experience with running food
5. Experience dropping dishes with use of accurate drop lines and item names
6. Experience marking multi-course meals

Distilled NY is a New American Public House that serves regional American dishes and cocktails in an approachable communal setting. Our culinary and beverage approach starts with common preparations of some more recognizable American dishes and cocktails, and then infuses them with modern technique and global flavors. The goal of each menu item is to strike a balance between the iconic American embodiment and the modern epicurean expectation.

In the narratives of European and American histories, Public Houses have served as the social anchors of towns and neighborhoods for centuries. Not only was the local Public House a place to enjoy modest eats and drink hearty stouts and spirits, it was also a central locale in the community for socializing, political debate, and commerce. It was not uncommon that important neighborhood issues, elections, and policies were decided inside the walls of the corner Public House. All were welcome. All were together.

The landmark building features wrap-around outdoor seating and oversized windows looking out onto the street below.
