Role: Head Housekeeper
Resort: Dylan Coastal Resort

Salary: Up to £25,000 per annul (depending on experience & to be discussed at interview)
Hours: Full Time 40 hours, including weekends. Hours vary between 7am-6pm
Relationships: Housekeeping staff, Resort Manager
Luxury Lodges, a collection of hotel-quality, self-catering lodges across the UK, have been developing an exciting £15m investment into Dylan Coast Resort in Carmarthenshire Bay. Impeccably designed to make the most of its unrivalled location and spectacular vistas over the southwest Welsh Taf estuary, Dylan Coastal Resort’s ‘Milk Wood House’ boasts an infinity swimming pool, outside hydrotherapy pool, a panoramic sauna, and an elevated restaurant and bar.
We also have a large number of developments taking place to our lodge accommodation and other on-site facilities. Due to the scale of the development we are seeking to appoint a Head Housekeeper to join our vibrant team and lead the Housekeeping department in providing quality cleaning standards to our guests using the Milk Wood House facilities and their accommodation.
The ideal candidate
• Previous Housekeeping Management experience is essential - at least x2 years
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Attention to detail to ensure the 5-star standard of service is delivered
• Computer literate and a good knowledge and understanding of Microsoft systems
• Ability to effectively interact with management, staff and guests in a professional manner
• A good team ethic throughout the working environment
• To be well presented and represent a high standard of competence at all times
