Your favorite corner grocery and cafe is looking for someone to head up the kitchen - get excited.
Our Wythe location is looking for an experienced cook who's ready to run his/her own prep kitchen, supervise a team of fantastic sandwich artists, keep the walk-in and low-boy well-stocked, and get super hyped about keeping meat slicers and grills ridiculously clean.
And because we operate not only as a sandwich shop, but also prepared foods shop, cafe, and grocery store, those of you who enjoy getting your hands on a whole range of seasonal produce, local meats, and specialty foods will find yourselves with lots of opportunities to get involved.

***NO CRAZY LATE NIGHT HOURS! Our shifts are 630am-230pm & 130pm-930pm. Everyone is required to work a mix of shifts but you'll never be here past 10pm. We pay you on the clock and pay 1.5 x for over time. We also provide paid sick leave and family in accordance with New York state guidelines. Health insurance is available at a 50/50 split after 90 days.***
***We also provide free meals at break time and 30% off in the store/cafe when you aren't working!***
