East Dulwich Tavern or EDT as it’s known to the locals, is a charming pub at the heart of the East Dulwich community. We love our regulars who have been coming in to prop up the bar since ’99, and the Dulwich Hamlet fans who fill the pub with a sea of pink and blue on home games.

A community led pub who prides itself on individuality and personality, a place where you become part of the family, socialise, can have a great drink or a hearty pub classic from the kitchen.

We are looking for a motivated Chef de Partie that is ready for a new challenge and wants the opportunity to learn, develop new skills and progress within the business.

You Are:

• A Chef de Partie passionate about food and cooking with great produce
• An enthusiastic and dynamic CDP who is ready for a new challenge
• Experienced working with fresh ingredients
• Able to demonstrate good communication and an ability to work well in a high-performance team
