Server/Waiter/Waitress
We are looking for a competent Restaurant Server who is charismatic with a passion for hospitality. As the primary point of contact for member & guest interactions in the dining room, you will be responsible for maintaining a pleasant atmosphere in all dining areas.
The ideal candidate is knowledgeable of the hospitality industry, has high levels of service and interpersonal skills and a drive for success. Private Club or restaurant experience preferred but not required,

Position Summary:
Candidate should demonstrate an energetic and friendly personality. Servers work closely with runners and bussers in order to provide members and guests with an enjoyable dining experience. Assists the host and management with meeting, greeting and seating guests when needed. Takes food and beverage orders and inputs them into the Point of Sale System. Must have early morning/lunch/Dinner full time availability.
Responsibilities Include:
• Manage and oversee the dining experience of each guest, Engage with guests to create an exceptional and memorable experience
• Work as a team player to meet the demands of the restaurant
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to remain calm and organized in a high-volume environment
• Considerable base knowledge of beer and wine
• Knowledgeable of all menu items including their ingredients, presentation and methods of preparation
• Ability to present and up-sell specials and other menu items, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and wine pairing
• Ability to serve and clear food and beverage quietly and professionally, in a timely manner, by using proper serving and clearing techniques
• Ability to work on a team to ensure smooth communication, cooperation and coordination with other team members at the Front and Back of the House to ensure a professional and flawless member experience
• Knowledge of spirits, wines and cocktails
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas
• Work to understand, meet and exceed guest’s expectations
• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Is courteous, maintain a professional attitude and acts professionally throughout service
Education and or Experience:
High school degree or equivalent; or three to six months related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
