I greeted customers as they enter the restaurant because I was their first experience to what the<br>company would explain as their complete dining experience. I would seat the<br>customers and entertain them until a wait staff would be ready to take their orders. I would also be in<br>charge of seating the customers to their taste and to a system that complements<br>the wait staff. If a bus boy was not present, I would take on his responsibilities also so<br>customers can find available seating's. I made sure the flow of the restaurant went well<br>including on checking on customers and assisting waiters if we were busy to make sure<br>everyone had a good dining experience.
