Position Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years Sous Chef experience
- Culinary degree and strong computer skills
- Great work ethic
- Must be extremely organized and clean
- Work well under pressure, have strong leadership skills, be extremely passionate and creative about food
- Live in the New York Metro Area
