Espresso Cielo is a Santa Monica based specialty coffee bar serving simple breakfasts and baguette sandwiches for lunch. We are inspired by people who love good coffee and good simple food. We serve specialty coffee roasted by 49th Parallel Roasters coffee from Vancouver as we have for the last 7 1/2 years. It's a beautiful coffee. We want our food to be beautiful as well. We are very serious about creating something special. We love our customers, we care about our community, and each other.

Specialty coffee has established itself as an industry that is full of creative and smart people having fun demonstrating their skills, amazing our community with a great coffee experience daily. Pulling the perfect shot of espresso is an art and a science that requires attention to detail, and a desire to understand the nuances of coffee. Espresso Cielo is a place where you can utilize your creativity, learn new skills, work with a group of like-minded people, enjoy the day, and--most importantly--make people happy.

Here's what we need:
• Enthusiasm for food and the love of cafe life!!!
• Restaurant kitchen experience
• Likes to work with a team of great people
• You must have experience, be clean, work clean, and work collaboratively
• Have a valid and current ServSafe Food Handler's Card or Management Certificate, and you follow food-safe practices.

 If you don't have a current card or certificate, you must obtain one within the first week of work
