Recognized as one of the finest Mediterranean seafood restaurants in the world, Estiatorio Milos was founded by acclaimed chef Costas Spiliadis who has made it an unparalleled culinary destination in Montreal, New York, Athens, Las Vegas, Miami and London. Our New York Location is currently seeking full time Sous Chefs to join our team!

Understand, maintain, and execute Milos culinary standards and core principles daily
• Ensure high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety.
• Uphold standard recipes and techniques for food production, and presentation to assure consistency and high quality recipe standards
• Train and monitor kitchen staff to ensure all BOH operations are running in accordance with Milos standards.
• Maintain a variety of Milos reports
• Evaluate food product on a daily basis to make sure we are providing our guests the freshest quality of ingredients

Requirements:
• 2+ years BOH managerial experience required
• Ability to produce a high volume of work in a timely manner, which is accurate, complete, and according to the standards
• Experience with all BOH administrative duties; scheduling, ordering, inventory and invoicing
• Flexibility to work long hours, holidays, and weekends
