Our New York - Hudson Yards location is currently seeking a full time Executive Sous Chef to join our team!
Understand, maintain, and execute Milos culinary standards and core principles daily
• Ensure high standards of sanitation, cleanliness, and safety.
• Uphold standard recipes and techniques for food production, and presentation to assure consistency and high quality recipe standards
• Train and monitor kitchen staff to ensure all BOH operations are running in accordance with Milos standards.
• Maintain a variety of Milos reports
• Evaluate food product on a daily basis to make sure we are providing our guests the freshest quality of ingredients
Requirements:
• 2+ years BOH managerial experience required
• Ability to produce a high volume of work in a timely manner, which is accurate, complete, and according to the standards
• Experience with all BOH administrative duties; scheduling, ordering, inventory and invoicing
• Flexibility to work long hours, holidays, and weekends
