POSITION SUMMARY
Estiatorio Milos is looking for a Head Reservationist to join our team at our Midtown Location!
The Head Reservationist is responsible for taking/confirming reservations, directing calls to proper employees and delivering highest levels of customer service.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Accountable for taking reservations for restaurant
• Resolves customer requests and questions
• Operates office equipment, computers and terminals as necessary
• Delegate and monitor progress and completion of work assignments
• Respond to any guest concerns and ensure solutions are in the best interest of the guest and the restaurant
• Motivate and exceed guest expectations
• Continuous communication with FOH manager to discuss and relay any changes and special requests for guests
QUALIFICATIONS & JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 2 years professional experience
• Expert knowledge of guest information reservation system
• Must possess excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong sales, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Multi-lingual a plus
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, problem solving and creative solution generation skills
