This person
will be responsible for executing and optimizing local restaurant and market
plans to increase awareness, drive traffic and sales, create partnerships, and
build community.
Key
Responsibilities
- Local
activation of partnerships, promotions, and events on both an individual
restaurant basis as well as a market basis
- Ensure
New Restaurant Openings, Ownership Changes, and Newly Remodeled Restaurant
Re-Openings have appropriate support and manage the execution of the plans and
events
- Manage
franchisee marketing activity including approving support materials and plans
- Develop
and execute plans to support underperforming locations
- Analyze
campaign metrics and fine-tune programs
- Support
local communities through fundraising program activities
- Identify
awards, submit entries, and manage promotion of the results
- Coordinate
Marketing efforts for third-party platforms
- Occasional
travel
Education
Experience
- 1-4
years in field marketing, corporate marketing or with an ad agency
- Restaurant
marketing experience preferred
Skills
- Capable
of producing high-quality work/materials while managing multiple projects
- Self-starter
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft
