Digital Marketing Specialist


Description

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to become an integral part of the Farmer Boys Marketing Team. This person will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital and social media strategies to achieve business objectives. Developing, executing, reporting, and optimizing plans around the website, loyalty program/app, SEO/SEM, digital display, social media, and online ordering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage campaigns for our VIF (Very Important Farmer) loyalty program through Punchh Loyalty
  • Ensure the Website look/feel, assets, UX are up-to-date and optimized based on key metrics
  • Work with and manage Influencers to drive brand awareness and interest
  • Keep and execute the social media calendar across all platforms
  • Coordinate with multiple agencies and partners
  • Assist in the development of creative assets for both digital and social platforms
  • Monitor ROI and KPIs for campaigns/programs
  • Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums
  • Assist the manager, digital marketing as needed
  • Target audience identification and optimization

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree

Experience

  • 1-4 years in digital marketing
  • Restaurant digital marketing experience preferred and as well as managing a loyalty program

Skills

  • Capable of producing high-quality work/materials while managing multiple projects
  • Self-starter
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TicTok and platforms such as Yelp, Google, Bing, TripAdvisor
