Description

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Recruitment Assistant to join Firmdale Hotels. Reporting into the Group Recruitment Manager you will support our teams across all our 8 Hotels and our Head Offices with the recruitment of top quality candidates to join Firmdale.

The Role

·       Liaising with hiring managers and candidates for interview availability and scheduling interviews

·       Sending interview confirmations to candidates and being point of contact for rearranging etc.

·       Advertising roles on our website and external job boards

·       Conduct CV mining when required and contacting passive candidates

·       Supporting and organising recruitment open days

·       Point of contact for any of our external providers

Key Skills 

·       Experienced working in an administrative role

·       Organised and process-driven

·       Good time management and strong attention to detail

·       Proactive and able to manage your own workload

·       Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written

·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever changing environment 

·       Motivated self-starter and enthusiastic

·       Microsoft Office Skills

·       Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to easily build rapport

·       Ability to work as part of a team

Desirable Skills

·       Background in recruitment or HR administration 

·       Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System

·       Experience in a hospitality or leisure background
