Based in Sacramento and bringing our second store to Los Angeles.

OUR PURPOSE
Fixins seeks to set the standard for the American soul food experience by offering authentic soul food and impeccable service in a hip, energetic atmosphere. Guests experience “Black Excellence” through our delicious cuisine, friendly service and spotless restaurant. Fixins staff anticipate our Guests every need so that each and every customer leaves satisfied, full and looking forward to their next visit.

We are looking to hire the following positions:

Hosts/Cashiers -Servers - Assistant Managers - FOH Managers

Qualification & Requirements:
***************************
A minimum 1 year of hosting experience in hospitality/customer service is required

EVERYONE MUST HAVE THEIR CALIFORNIA FOOD HANDLERS CARD. If not, they will need to have it within 30 days of their hire date. | Everyone must be able to lift 25+ lbs. comfortably | Everyone must have some form of customer service or hospitality experience. | Everyone must have a great disposition, a pleasing personality, ambition for success, and a drive for excellence! You've got to have a GUEST FIRST mentality. | Everyone must have the mindset that TEAMWORK is very important as we cannot run the restaurant without it! | Everyone must have a sense of urgency and good time keeping skills! | Everyone must have reliable transportation to and from work. | Everyone must have proper ways to communicate (i.e. landline or mobile device, etc.) with management. | Everyone must understand safety in the workplace is a high priority - and must be willing to follow all guidelines set forth to enforce it. | Everyone must understand that weekends and holidays are mandatory. | Everyone must have full open availability (subject to conversation with hiring manager if need be).

Goal:To provide every Guest with impeccable service, to exceed their expectations, and ensure each Guest has an experience that will keep them coming back.
