Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager who will be responsible for the running, organization, training and leadership of a food & beverage floor in order to achieve the objectives in sales, costs, guest service and satisfaction. This role will support the Restaurant Manager and will develop a close working relationship with Culinary, Bar Operations and all teams within the Conduit.

You will have experience and skills in leading teams, recruitment and training, monitoring payroll and rotas, guest service, health & safety and wine & food knowledge.
