Waiter / Waitress - Full Time

Our stunning property is looking for a Full Time  Waiter / Waitress to join our family. The shifts are usually from 7am to 2:30pm or 2:30pm to 10:30pm (these may vary).

Your main responsibilities as a Waiter / Waitress are setting up tables; taking orders for our wonderful guests; providing 5 star exceptional service; making sure that all food service areas are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene, as well as being familiar with the a la carte menu, tasting menu and room service items.

The Chesterfield Hotel, the Red Carnation Hotel Collection’s first property bought in 1984, is based in the heart of exclusive Mayfair. This classic four star boutique hotel consists of 107 bedrooms as well as 7 Meeting Rooms, Butler’s Restaurant, The Terrace Bar, and our Conservatory where we offer our guests a welcoming, friendly atmosphere and exquisite food and drink.

What are we looking for in a Waiter / Waitress?

• Previous experience within a Waiter / Waitress role is a plus
• Have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
• Have a friendly, bubbly, and flexible attitude
• Have the ability to handle busy situations and manage your workload effectively
