Bar Manager - Mayfair Hotel

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Bar Manager!

This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative person who is enthusiastic about leading and developing a team while providing high level of bar experiences. As a Bar Manager you will be reporting directly to our F&B Manager.

What are the key responsibilities of a Bar Manager?

• Ensure prompt, professional guest service in the New York Bar
• Training team members enabling them to describe accurately all drinks on the menus and make recommends to guests
• Having a good level of product knowledge regarding all menu items, hotel facilities and services available to our guests
• Train and develop the team involving suggestive selling activities 
• Ensuring the Bar is always kept clean, tidy and fully stocked and ready for service

What are we looking for in a Bar Manager?

• Have previous experience in the hospitality or leisure industries
• Be used to selling a high quality, luxury product
• Have previous experience serving and a good knowledge of classic cocktails
• Have a confident and outgoing personality
• Be a team player and have a collaborative approach
