Description
Frankie, an Australian restaurant and bar located two blocks from the Grove St Path in downtown Jersey City, is looking for Line Cooks. This individual will be apart of the kitchen team and carry out daily tasks.
Frankie specializes in modern Australian food and low intervention wines. We use a wide variety of produce from both land and sea.
The right candidate should have at least 3 years cooking experience with a minimum one year on the line.
The scope of work will include but is not limited to.

Keeping consistent quality during service
Execute menu items from start to finish
Communicate and participate in kitchen operatons
Requirements
Solid understanding and experience of each section of the kitchen
Comfortable communicating and working with ownership
Strong knowledge of back of house administrative duties
High volume restaurant experience preferred less
