Our Opportunity

 Sitting at the very heart of our historic hotel, our concierge team are responsible for providing the warmest of welcomes and taking care of our guests' every need! Whilst experience in a four or five star hotel concierge would be a distinct advantage, previous experience is not essential. Prior exposure to a hotel PMS and POS systems would also be highly beneficial.
