Pastry Cook

Los Angeles Restaurant Group (LARG) along with Fred Segal and Tartine are looking for passionate, talented, energetic individuals who seek to be part of a creative and dedicated team. We are looking for experienced pastry cooks to prepare a variety of desserts, pastries and other sweet offerings. Pastry cooks will also be a part of Tesse Restaurant production team in what is a future venue for LARG. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in culinary arts with a passion for the sweet side of the creative process. Applicants must adhere to health and safety standards.

Tartine Bakery is a renowned bakery and café specializing in viennoiserie located in the Mission District of San Francisco. Owned and run by Chad Robertson and Elisabeth Prueitt, winners of the 2008 James Beard Award for Outstanding Pastry Chefs, Tartine is a fast paced, high intensity bakery with a large production and a multi faceted dynamic team. This will be Tartine's introduction to Los Angeles.
