The Fulton, a Seafood restaurant by renowned Chef Jean Georges Vongerichten, will be opening at Pier 17 this Spring. Featuring stunning views of the East River and Brooklyn Bridge, outdoor seating and terrace; a Private Dining area, and Raw Bar.
We are looking for passionate, service and guest-experience oriented people to join our opening team. If you embody the concept of hospitality, believe that excellence is non-negotiable, and want to join a rapidly growing hospitality group, then we want to hear from you!
We are hiring for all FOH positions, including Server, Bartender, Server Assistant, Runner, Bar Back, Barista, Host/Hostess, Maître D’, and Reservationists.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
• At least 2-3 years of full service restaurant experience
• A passion for all things food and beverage
• A dedication to refining skills, learning and developing, and striving to be best in class
• Ability to thrive in a high volume, exceptional quality-oriented restaurant
• Strong organization and time management skills, attention to detail
