Food Runner
The Fulton by Jean Georges, a seafood restaurant with stunning river views, will be opening at Pier 17 this Spring. Come join an exciting new opening in the Seaport District, with an emphasis on quality and excellence.
We are now seeking experienced runners to join the opening team.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Understand and perform job duties to the expectations of The Fulton.
• Greet and seat all guests according to reservations/party size.
• Maintain and present clean menus to guests in friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain and update waiting list, communicate wait times to guests.
• Answer phone calls regarding menu, restaurant, general information.
• Operate ethically to protect the image of company.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment in the dining room and all service stations at all times.
• Maintain a good working relationship with others by promoting teamwork and fostering a harmonious working climate.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
