The Fulton, a Seafood restaurant by renowned Chef Jean Georges Vongerichten, will be opening at Pier 17 this Spring. Featuring stunning views of the East River and Brooklyn Bridge, outdoor seating and terrace; a Private Dining area, and Raw Bar.

We are seeking experienced Sommeliers with strong backgrounds in French, Italian, and Californian wines. The ideal candidate will be very comfortable understanding and maintaining an extensive rotating wine list, making recommendations based on food pairings and flavor profiles, and have impeccable table-side uncorking/bottling service skills.
