Description
The Fulton by Jean Georges, a seafood restaurant with stunning river views, will be opening at Pier 17 this Spring. Come join an exciting new opening in the Seaport District, with an emphasis on quality and excellence.

We are now seeking experienced Reservationists to join the opening team.

Ideal Candidates would have the following prerequisites and characteristics:
• Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant
• Desire and dedication to learn and offer fine dining service
• A minimum of two years’ experience in fine dining
• Organization and multi-tasking skills
• An enthusiastic and outgoing demeanor
• Ability to work as a team player

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
1. Maintain complete knowledge of:
• Dining room layout, table/seat/section numbers, proper table setups, room capacity, hours of operation, price range and dress code
• Restaurant reservation procedures
• Daily house count, arrivals, departures, VIP's
• All department policies / service procedures
2. Identify the guests in relation to their needs; regularity and time of dining, food and drink choice, seat preference, etc.
3. Show every effort to get guests related details. E.g. Position, telephone number, emails ID, Web address, birthday, etc…
4. Liaise with your Lead Receptionist to maximize daily bookings
5. Answer calls promptly to use the potential empty seats fully
6. Try to accommodate regulars and concierge reservations requests
7. Utilize all tables to achieve higher turnover
8. Work closely with concierge and other agents to increase other events
9. Ensure customers are informed regularly on their table status there is a delay
10. Inform our guests about upcoming events at Restaurant.
11. Provide a courteous, professional, attentive and efficient service at all times with the department and customers.
12. To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform.
13. Maintain a high of personal appearance and hygiene at all times
14. To attend training and meetings as and when required.
15. Undertake any reasonable task and secondary duties as assigned by Management.
