Learning new things every day
I have been working in the hospitality industry for over 15 years and have worked in every FOH position. Hospitality is a lifestyle for me, and from a very young age I knew this is the industry I wanted to work in. <br><br>During all these years I have been learning about wine, spirits and beer. As beverage manager I also created a seasonal mixology program at Candle Cafe West and worked alongside our Sommelier to create our wine program. All of the spirits, wines and beer I worked with recently are from sustainable and environmentally friendly companies. <br><br>Early in 2015 I started Viticulture and Viniculture classes at the American Sommelier Association. I have a passion for wines for many years and recently decided I would like to pursue a carreer as a sommelier or beverage manager at a company that has a more extensive wine list. I look forward to continue my studies and pursue a Sommelier Certification. <br><br>I am a dedicated, disciplined and passionate individual and highly believe in creating a safe and comfortable work environment.
