And now this top 50 most innovative global company (did we mention that?) wants a pretty awesome Performance Analyst for our Generator Head Office, based out of Piccadilly Circus in Soho, one of London's most popular tourist destinations.

NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB

• You analyse the performance of all portfolio properties to unlock further growth
• You continuously re-evaluate RMS strategic settings to enable maximum yield
• You communicate your findings with the relevant commercial and/or operational teams
• You provide actionable data insights to your colleagues from all teams / locations
• You generate daily/weekly/monthly commercial reports as necessary for the business
• You deliver top line revenue projections for the forecast and budget processes

WHAT’S IN YOUR DNA

• You are freakishly curious to understand how different teams interact within the company
• You want to help your colleagues unleash their absolute best by delivering them actionable data
• Your attention to detail is only matched by your excellent data visualisation skills
• You are able to quickly grasp the workflows in hotel / hostel operations
• You understand the dataflow between different hospitality technology platforms
• You know how databases work and you are fluent in SQL
• You like working in a team but you can also crack a tough solo project

YOUR ROCK STAR EXPERIENCE

• You have previously worked in a similar function for at least 2 years
• You can write custom SQL queries and solve mathematical problems
• You are experienced in data visualisation either with Tableau or Power BI
• You understand the concept of dynamic pricing
