Description

Shepherd Neame is on the lookout for a Deputy Manager with bundles of energy and enthusiasm to join our team, so if you have previous experience of leading a team from within either the hospitality or a service led environment and you are looking for a new and rewarding challenge; this may be just the job for you.

Assisting the creation of an inclusive culture within the business, you will work closely with the team, leading and developing them whilst ensuring that they offer excellent customer service at every opportunity.
