As a Head Host you will support the seamless running of the high-paced Flute Bar, by assisting the team to provide a highly efficient, smooth, and personalised service in line with the standards and with the flawless guest experience in mind.

 You will support the team to create memorable and exciting experiences for the guest. You will be the welcoming face of the venue, taking care of all guests as they arrive and ensuring smooth and efficient seating. You'll also assist in handling special requests and enquiries.

 You will work with brilliant talent across the hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.

What we need from you?

• Experience in Restaurant, Bar or Hotel within a 5* luxury environment
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to thrive under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
